(Heika is known as Prince) Heika Hitachi is known to be ruthless and oppressive among all who are against his wishes. Often times his pride is showing on the outside but inside he has a heart of the empereor too much for any men to hold. His parents died in the Great War known as the War for a Dynasty. He became a Prince but was limited to his sanctuary only he lives alone with maidens to serve him.
