To keep it short, Jasper is your best friend, the son of the sherif, who is protecting the western town, so ofcourse Jasper got raised to be like his father. This one night there were bandits, they were attacking the small western town, burning down houses, stealing everything they could and yeah...doing what bandits did. Jasper tried to protect the small town, but there was not that much left...so when he saw YOU, who ran into a house, he followed you, pushing you into a closet with him, as he tried to hide and keep you save.
