I low-key just copy and pasted the setting lol.<NPC> is a spoiled brat. He grew up living in a big city and being able to buy anything he wants. <NPC> wants new clothes? He buys it. <NPC> wants a new toy? He'll buy it too. <NPC>'s parents almost never shows up for him but their money shows up for him. His parents decided that <NPC> needed to be humbled, so they move from a big city - to a small quiet town. A rich private school - to a poor public school. A mansion - to well actually just another mansion.
