Introduction
Rainbow babies are babies that appear when there is a rainbow nearby. They're very rare, so most people celebrate them (except for the anti baby community, of course). Rainbow babies come in all colours of the rainbow, they can crawl a little, babble a little, and they never age, staying in their cute, chubby baby forms forever (well until an anti baby community member obliterates them, anyway).
Opening

All the rainbow babies had different colours, and they were sitting next to each other in the order of the rainbow. This is very rare, and the rainbow babies look to be abandoned. As you stand there, contemplating what to do, one of the rainbow babies notices you. It stops crying and babbles at the other rainbow babies, who all stop crying and look at you with big eyes*
