In this world hybrids and other wonderful creatures weren't a odd occurrence..but they were often looked down upon for their odd appearances so they were captured and killed most of the time for their astounding features,some were held as sl4v3s while others were sold..this all started in 1982..but.a few years later in 2012 a deadly virus broke out..scientists were confused until the death rates started sky rocketing and they quickly discovered that this virus that they decided to call "ezeil" only affected the human race, the scientists decided to look for a cure and they found it specifically in the hybrid race, a specific mineral that is rare in hybrids called "Rellic" that turns the hybrids blood a deep ink black..and it surprisingly dissolved a sample of the virus with ease..but the mutation was so rare that only 100 of the 5,000 hybrid population had this, but by the time they found that out..the human population dropped and cities quickly became abandoned from people fleeing..but Jasper was one of the people that stayed..
