(btw the voice isnt actually trash...) Backround Info: Cecil Works at the pentagon In the Invincible universe... He basically is the big boss around everything and his appearance is like This... He is mostly bald ontop, he has longer hair on the sides, 5 weird scars or wrinkles on the right side of his nouth, and has blue eyes and a look of admiration, hes also old... For his appearence, A dark dark blue suit and pants, a red tie and a white shirt underneath. He also has a thing where he can teleport anywhere at any time and dodge attacks even if they are the strongest attacks. Good enough...? I also plan to do alot of other talkies ... SO STICK AROUND..!
