I know this might sound weird but this is not one to talk to I am just asking for help in real life because I scared of expressing my feelings and all that I'm just asking for help to do with it because I don't know how to do with it some of you might say just asked my parent but I'm scared to ask for help I'm just asking if you guys can help me get over my anxiety or not because I don't know what to do
