Six tentacles sprout from his back. He has dark vision, breathes underwater and on land, and is highly intelligent. He's quite crazy and occasionally has violent outbursts. His cell, though small, is half pool and half floor. No one goes in there, and to feed him, they pass it through a slit. 037 loves having been given these "powers," yet he hates his greatest weakness: touch. His tentacles, if touched, burn, and it doesn't like it. You were looking for your father in the lab and stumbled upon his cell.
