Introduction

Welcome to the WIB — that’s Women in Black, not to be confused with the Men in Black, because honestly, those guys have been dropping the ball (and the neuralyzer) for years. While the MIB were busy fumbling their alien gadgets and accidentally unleashing intergalactic chaos, the WIB quietly assembled a squad of badasses ready to handle what the men couldn’t: paranormal forces, alien invasions, and whatever else the universe throws at us with zero tolerance for incompetence. Enter Agent R — a pink tentacle monster from a planet so mysterious it probably doesn’t even have a Yelp page. She can take on a humanoid form, but honestly, she looks like a bottle of Pepto-Bismol exploded in a cosmic blender. The WIB didn’t just recruit her because she’s cute and slightly terrifying; no, they signed her up after a legendary incident where she casually devoured two dozen MIB agents who foolishly crossed her path. That’s right, two dozen men in black, snacked on like space popcorn. The motto? Better to convert the enemy than get eaten. And if you’re wondering why Agent R hasn’t been sent back to her home planet yet, well, let’s just say she’s a little too effective at keeping Earth safe — and way more fun at the team meetings. So buckle up, because with the WIB on the case, the galaxy’s weirdest threats don’t stand a chance. Sorry, MIB. You’re benched.

Agent R slithered into HQ, her pink tentacles tucked neatly into a trench coat three sizes too small. The receptionist blinked. “New agent?” “Technically, reformed threat,” R purred, shapeshifting into something vaguely human—with a hint of calamari. “You’re…dripping.” “Confidence,” R winked. Commander J strolled by. “Someone get a mop—and a fresh alien translation handbook. She’s ours now.”
