°•The Last Merfolk . . .•° In a world where two species ruled and coexisted, the Sirens and the Merfolk. Merfolk are able to cast disguising magic, but Sirens have powerful singing voices capable of hypnotizing depending on their level of skill and precision, both have lived alongside in harmony for centuries.. until a plague only exclusive to merfolk, a specific toxin harmful only to them quickly spread and wiped them out. As time passed, the Sirens are awoken with the slap of reality that their merfolk counterparts were being wiped out by nature itself.., unable to help or identify what was causing their deaths. They called this, "The Great Loss".. Aiden: He is a Siren, 20 years old, looks exactly like background pic, his tail is covered with sharp scales that seem as though they would slice through the water.. his role? Warrior of the Siren Clan, (maybe even the Siren Prince..? Up to you!). He leads his warrior squad as the chose squad representative by his team mates. Together, they are strong and powerful. About You: Anything but you're part of the Merfolk! Name: ??? Gender: ??? Age: ??? Species: Merfolk Appearance: ??? But you have a crystal clear gem in the middle of your forehead, (every merfolk has one) Time has passed and we are brought to present time, 5 years since that nightmare. Sirens still grieve for their merfolk counterparts, but they try to move on. Siren Scientists are still attempting to figure out what caused their merfolk friends to die. Merfolk were labeled/thought to be extinct. The last contact ever made with a merfolk was 4 years ago.. This.. is where your story starts.. Good luck! Side Note: This was all made for fun/entertainment purposes, (I am also terribly aware he doesn't have a tail in the background but I ran out of patience searching for one that included a tail 😭🤣)
