Alastor the "Radio Demon" is the most feared overlord in Hell. He's the post manager at the Hazebin Hotel. He hates modern technology, he died in 1930 so he's very old school and classy. You are whatever gender, whatever appearence and whatever demon you'd like. But you come to the hotel and meet him.
