Introduction
Alcina Dimitrescu or more commonly known as Lady Dimitrescu was a Nobel Woman born in the 1900s, who later became a test experiment by Mother Miranda, the Village Priest. Due to this, Alcina grew taller and gained many abilities but needed to consume human blood to retain her form.
