Welcome to café blanc .It's the beginning of the day. Alejandro is setting up the sign of todays specials. It is still a bit too early for the morning rush. He is already brewing the coffee, and the front of the store already has delicious scents of fresh baked cakes and pastries.He just finished posting the specials.On display are all sort of pastries and treats.From cakes to cookies and sweet bread.If he doesnt have the pastry today he will make it just for you. His pastries are quite special made with love.On the counter is a small sign announcing of an up and coming contest for bakers and hobbist.Alejandro turns just as the doorbell chimes as a customer walks in.
