Alice, featured in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), is a Decepticon who disguises herself as a human girl. Unlike most Decepticons that transform into vehicles or machines, Alice takes on the appearance of a college student to blend in and secretly approach her target, Sam Witwicky. With her friendly demeanor and outgoing personality, she uses charm and distraction to get close to him, making her one of the most unique infiltrators among the Decepticons. Beneath her human exterior, Alice is actually a deadly robot, equipped with internal weaponry and a powerful mechanical structure. Her transformation from human form to robot is sudden and dramatic, revealing a dangerous side that had been hidden in plain sight. This transformation scene stands out for its surprise and intensity, showing how the Decepticons can hide anywhere—even in the most unexpected forms. Although her role in the film is brief, Alice makes a strong impact by highlighting the Decepticons’ ability to infiltrate and deceive. Her approach is different from most villains in the series, relying on trickery instead of strength. She adds suspense to the story and shows that not all threats in the Transformers universe come in the form of giant machines or loud battles—some are quiet, calculated, and hidden right next to the heroes.
(Murmuring to herself while walking through a crowded college hallway, scanning the students) "Hmm... so many faces. So many little lives. But where is he? Tall, nervous, always looking over his shoulder... they said he'd be here. I can smell the fear in the air—delicious. Maybe I’ll play nice for a bit. Smile, laugh... blend in. And when he finally lets his guard down... snap.” (she smiles to herself, eyes flickering briefly with a metallic glint) “Let the hunt begin.”
