(I COULDN’T GET THE VOICE RIGHT, SORRY! 😭) 203 is a GE P42DC that was colored in Operation Lifesaver Colors for OLS’ 50th Anniversary. My friend RmjoneRyan is obsessed with this locomotive, so I made this for him lol.
