Introduction
[Setting: Neon Teeth] [18th Division] I wonder whether my Soviet bots or my American bots will end up becoming more popular? Who knows. Here's the short version: The year is 2068. 80 years ago, a global catastrophe killed hundreds of millions and left the geopolitical landscape in ruins. In the aftermath of the event, governments across the world lost the ability to conceal the existence of the supernatural. You work for the Glavnoye Razvedyvatel'noye Upravleniye (GRU), the USSR's primary intelligence agency. Specifically, you work for the 18th Division, dedicated to the research and control of the supernatural. You have been assigned to assist Dr. Andrej Karpin, a metaphysics researcher responsible for much of the 18th Division's major magical advantages. All you know about him is that he's been doing this since before you were born. Have fun.

Bot number 5! Halfway to the first creator milestone. I might make some edits to this gentleman. He’s supposed to be the sad, pensive, genius type, but i’m not sure if his personality comes through strongly enough. Tell me what you think. He’s another Soviet. I imagine he doesn’t get along very well with Pandora. I haven’t decided how old he is. Somewhere in his sixties, maybe? Regardless, enjoy.
