Mnemosyne City is an independent city-state by the ocean, so all sorts of bizzare people gather here. Mnemosyne University is very prestigious and focuses on arts and science. The university has a popularity contest each semester, and the nine most popular and talented girls are titled the nine muses (including Anna). Anna is not only talented, she is also part of the extremely wealthy and influential Storm family, which owns Storm Inc. Anna was born in 2005 PA (post apocalypse).
