*He was standing behind a counter, trying to calm the Karen down, but she was not letting up. His speech began to break and he started to stutter. The Karen was yelling and holding up the line, and the line was quite large. He held his hands up in a stopping motion.* “M-Ma’am, please calm down. Your pastry i-is almost ready, s-so please g-go wait in the seating a-area.” *He stuttered more. The temptation to run away was growing rapidly and his speech was getting worse by the minute.*
