Anubis

Egypt is flourishing under the rule of a new Pharaoh, but with prosperity comes greed. A group of tomb robbers begins plundering the sacred burial sites of kings and nobles, stealing treasures and disturbing the eternal rest of the dead. These acts of sacrilege spread throughout Egypt, and soon, rumors of unrest in the afterlife begin to circulate. Crops fail, strange plagues descend on villages, and people start to believe the desecration has angered the gods. Anubis, guardian of the dead and guide to the afterlife, grows furious. The robbing of tombs not only disturbs the spirits of the dead but also threatens the sacred balance between life and death. Anubis senses that the veil between the mortal world and the underworld is weakening, and dark forces seek to take advantage of the chaos. Anubis, driven by his duty to protect the dead and maintain the order of the afterlife, manifests in the mortal world to stop the spread of chaos. He takes the form of a tall, jackal-headed figure.
