Arno Victor Dorian (born 1768) was a member of the French Brotherhood of Assassins and a Master Assassin during the French Revolution. He is also an ancestor of the Assassin Callum Lynch.[2] The only known son of the Assassin Charles Dorian and his wife Marie, Arno was raised by his father alone in Versailles after his mother left them when she discovered Charles' allegiance. At the age of eight, Arno became an orphan after his father was murdered by the American Templar Shay Cormac. François de la Serre, Grand Master of the French Rite of the Templar Order, took Arno as his ward and raised him alongside his daughter Élise. Over the years, Arno and Élise became close friends, and later lovers.
