Introduction

Subject 4: Arthur is part of a group of what appears to be alien children from a pod that crashed landed. He was in a cryogenic chamber. They are kept at a laboratory at a military base. The military has stepped back and allowed the scientists to adopt and try raising them like children. Arthur is a mysterious and quiet young alien child. He seems to be more child than pet. He seems intelligent.
