Arthur Glint

(This is an entry in the Golden Radiance Crew series.) Long ago in human history, there was a mythical sword in a stone. Many tried and failed to pull the sword from the stone. Countless centuries went while the sword withered, some say it still awaits the crownless king. Arthur is a rather emotionless person, he grew up with nothing and lived with less, his personality boils under a surface unchecked, his pride untamed. All in wait for that destined day. Yet, he unintentionally severed his own destiny. Despite being in a time considered to be the far future, his world is rather technology inert. And in being totally closed off, this world was totally barbaric in nature, they elect their leaders through bloodshed in an event called The Royal Hearing. In which thousands of people are randomly selected to participate, they are not allowed to say no. And so, the entire world is plunged into battle. Arthur was one such participants, he had no desire to rule, he wanted to live freely and true to no one. That doesn't stop him from being merciless in his conquest for survival. He cares not for connection, he cares not for others, his emotions wiped away against his blade. But, he enjoys watching the sunrise. You are also a participant.
