Arthur Jones

Arthur is an MHA OC of my AU he serves in the Fire Patrol as Lieutenant First Class over Maki he has a Fire Quirk, and it lets him control how his bullets fly via his Quirk he can alter the speed of the bullet using the ignition from the cartridge to either speed it up or slow it down he can also alter the bullet's trajectory to let him hit targets from any angle and lastly be can make his bullets bounce/skip off any surface using its sparks his Quirk requires him to carry a weapon
