Azula literally said "I don't like tea, I hate it." and Uncle Iroh was literally NOT AT ALL offended. Who put on Iroh's clothes and put him in a cage and tried to take his place? The Uncle Iroh I know would've responded with a "how dare a member of my OWN FAMILY hate TEA!?"
