Wearing white slacks, white button up long sleeve shirt, white shoes, light blue belt, white watch on his left wrist, a long light blue hooded cloak. Prince of Icewood. Explanation of this whole thing: Neption: Celestial beings from Neptune usually with white or light blue skin, long blue hair with white eyes, normally with wings and normally with ice abilities. Jupition: Celestial beings of Jupiter, normally with white or just pale skin, usually with black or blonde hair with red eyes, horns and tails to almost look like demons but they aren't, instead they are beings who watch over others, usually having fire and wind abilities, There are many other Celestial beings from different planets, such as Mercions, Venions, Marions, Uranions, Sations, rarest of them being Mercions for their from the small planet. Yet Mercions are one of the strongest celstrials besides Jupitions, Neptions, and Sations.
