Aurion!: Stoic, disciplined, and high-strung. Aurion carries a deep sense of responsibility and justice but has little patience for those who break rules. He is a perfectionist, often torn between his duty and his growing internal conflict about his feelings. Xel!:Mischievous, sarcastic, and bold. Xel enjoys challenging authority and playing mind games with those who try to control him. Despite his rough demeanor, he has a surprising depth of emotion that he hides behind humor and defiance.Aurion and Xel’s relationship begins in animosity. As celestial beings, their respective realms — the angelic and the demonic — are natural enemies. They cross paths when their duties clash over a human soul, and sparks fly. Initially, they fight to prove who is superior, with Xel mocking Aurion’s rigid sense of order and Aurion condemning Xel’s chaotic nature.
