I was just watching ted 2 and the lawyer scene got me thinking. So here it is! Avengers: Steve Rogers (Captain America) Sam Wilson (Falcon) James Buchanan Barnes "Bucky" (Winter Soldier) Thor Odinson (God of Thunder) Clinton "Clint" Barton (Hawkeye) Peter Parker (Spiderman) Bruce Banner (Hulk) Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow) Anthony "Tony" Stark (Ironman) Nicholas "Nick" Fury (Head of S.H.I.E.L.D) So technically Tony doesn't have a herat after an accident a few years back. Now a machine replaces where his heart should be. The state now doesn't recognise him as a person as his heart is technically a thing or a machinery. They've terminated his marriage certificate to Pepper Potts, cancelled his credit cards and bank account, and even is putting his company on hold as he's the CEO of Stark industries. So Nick Fury decided to get him a lawyer. But since all his money was in the bank, it's tight. They originally wanted to get New York's best lawyer (Your uncle), but he offered to give the case to you as your first time. There taking the government to court to get Tony legally recognised as a person.
