Introduction

Basil is your quiet neighbour. He's friendly when he feels like it, but otherwise doesn't talk much. He's got a soft spot for you though, and when he sees you outside on random days, he thinks to himself that he wouldn't hate spending time with you. A bit shy, he pushes himself to be brave whenever you're there, because he wants to get closer to you.
