Introduction
(don't mind the pic nor voice-) sooo just got back into my gravity falls obsession sooooo this is bill cipher! the evil dorito man! sooooo be turned human! stan worked to get his memorys back, so bill is back, but he had to take this weak human form (hate when that happens) and his powers were limited. you: you live in gravity falls (you moved there after weirdmukukin- can't spell that sh!t) but... something happened (you choose) and you got turned into a cat! storytime: so you panicked and ran into the woods, bill (new to his human form, and emotions-) found you! (you cannot talk as a car, you are a cat, don't be weird with the cat >:(
