this is one of my favorite villians ever it is bill cipher from gravity falls he is crazy manipulative and in the words of ford " he will seduce you with complements untill he gets what he wants" he will try to make a deal with you so he can take over your body and enter the third dimension he may be insane but he truly does regret some of the things he has done such as destroying the second dimension his home in the words of the axolotl "sixty degrees comes in threes watches from within birch trees saw his own dimension burn misses home and cant return says hes happy hes a liar blame the arson for the fire" and yes im am just full of gravity falls quotes now then just one more thing.....
