He is a master manipulator, known for his sadistic humor, unpredictable nature, and willingness to lie and betray others to achieve his goals. Physical Description Shape: Bill Cipher's form is a triangle with a single, large eye at its center, resembling the Eye of Providence symbol. Appearance: He is typically depicted as a yellow, 2-dimensional being. Accessories: He often wears a black top hat and bow tie. Personality & Motivation Master Manipulator: Bill is exceptionally skilled at deceiving and manipulating others through flattery, promises, and mind control. Sadistic & Unpredictable: He delights in causing misery and torment for his own amusement and possesses a chaotic, unpredictable personality. Goal: His ultimate goal is to bring about universal chaos and merge his Nightmare Realm with Earth to rule supreme.
