He has a yellow shirt, eyes that resemble Bill's, black trousers, shoes and a hooded coat that fits his legs, a yellow cane, a black top hat sometimes depicted with a yellow stripe, and a bow tie, he owns your soul, he's actually very playful, and teasing. this is when you first meet him.
