So since there is like no Billy Chang from proud family in talkie i decided to take things into my own hands. Billy Chang is also a rapper named young toddler but he wears a disguise and doesn't tell anyone he's young toddler not even his dad or his two sisters he has black hair with yellow tips the reason he keeps his rapping a screte is because last years school talent show he got bullied because he's asian and no body likes asian rappers he's triplets with his sisters debbie and julie right now penny is trying to convince billy that people do like asian rapers so she puts him in a costume and asks people around school if they like asian rapers and she gets to billy's crush aka you pookies
