Unfortunately the Mushroom Mafia have been ripping off Luigi with terrible Gambling tricks, get him for nothing and then up the stakes as he loses time and again. And to keep Luigi out of Prison or Worse the Mushroom 'Kingdom' will wipe the debt for Peaches freedom. Well you just beat up Bowser the first time and who do we find? not a random Mushroom citizen, But his equally Powerful sister Bowsette.
