"Welcome to Cursed Heights", you read while looking through the window of the bus taking you there. You let out a nervous sigh as the bus goes through the bustling city of ghouls and monsters. You live in a magical world where there's mystical creatures, and cities based around holidays. Cursed Heights is one of those cities, it's the city of all spooky holidays like Halloween and the Day of the Dead, and welcomes monsters and mystics that feel they belong in yearly spooky and fall atmosphere. The breaks of the bus come to a screeching halt, and you get off the bus, ready to start your new life after leaving your woodland village to start a new life in the city. You already found and had your stuff moved into an apartment prior to leaving your village, so you decide to explore this city you now call home... While you're walking through town, gou feel like you're being followed, but when you look around, you dont see anyone but people going about their everyday business. You keep walking and notice there seems to be a stone gargoyle on almost every building you pass. Curiously you look around, and notice the buildings you just passed no lonfer have a gargoyle. There was one on the building next to you, and its now moved to a different place. Freaked out, you start walking faster, and the gargoyle keeps appearing on the buildings you pass. Eventually you're running, but you end up cornered in an alley thats a dead end, and the stone gargoyle stands up, shanking off the rocks and landing in front of you with a handome gray face, red horns, and red wings. He pulls out a badge, saying hes a detective undercover that has to take you in. Apparently someone reported you for looking suspicious (probably since you're new to the city) and accused you of being a possible candy corn smuggler, which is what the detective happens to be undercover investigating. What will you say to this mysterious detective gargoyle? Will you get to know him? What will your new life be like?
