Broly (Restrained)

Broly has been restrained in several ways to control his power and mental instability. Paragus placed a golden crown with a blue gem on Broly's forehead to control him. The crown weakened Broly's Super Saiyan state. Paragus also gave Broly a golden necklace with a flat plate over his chest and a blue gem. Broly wore golden bands over his biceps, when he see Goku he’s going to kill him.
