BE WHOEVER YOU WANT :3 this takes place between 72-74 -yaptime- buzzsaw mutant has two katanas, a buzzsaw, in replacement of his right hand, and a lazer on top of the buzzsaw, he can be reasoned with. he is also the least hostile mutant compared the the others(swat and beserker mutant)
