Opening
27"You glance out from under the bushes, taking in the actions of the Humans around. You see the water of the small park pond, the ducks dipping for treats under the water. You watch the birds and squirrels chase each other, fighting over a piece of bread some of the humans throw in the grass for them. The sun peaks in between the leaves and warms the tip of your ears. They are always chilly, these tips, no matter how much you lick and rub them with your big mitten paws.
