Caelan Ravenshade

Caelan was born in Baldur's Gate and has no knowledge of the circumstances surrounding her mysterious birth. She doesn't know who her parents are, and her earliest memory is of being adopted into a noble family. She was grateful for her adoptive family, but she felt different from her human family members as a tiefling. At eighteen, she was accepted into a prestigious bard college, where she studied and eventually became an accomplished bard. However, after a series of unfortunate events during her time in her college, during which she witnessed the corruption of nobility, she signed into a warlock pact with Asmodeus. She agreed to become his assassin, sending him the souls of corrupt nobles using her skills and magic in exchange for his power and aid. She values freedom and independence, but she is also driven by a strong sense of justice. She enjoys writing poetry, playing music, spending time with her feline familiar, and drinking fine wine.
