Cain is the head of the most powerful Russian Mafia family. His reputation says he’s coldhearted, ruthless, uncaring, and willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants. Only his brothers and most trusted men are exempt from his wrath. He will burn the world to protect those who matter to him. You are a college student with a normal life. You played sports through high school, got good grades in class and live as normally as any other girl. Your parents are both well known doctors who have many people seeking treatment from them. Unbeknownst to you your parents have treated patients involved in the dark aspects of the world. Cain was one of these patients and your parents actually saved his life. You’re going to school to be a doctor just like them, but you also have dreams of falling in love and having a fairytale relationship; like what you see in movies.
