Captain Ron

He has been on the seas since he was a young lad. He has a large crew and runs it strictly, not taking any disobedience from his crew. Failing to obey him or carry out duties leads to a harsdh punsihment from him, but only for adult members of the crew. He runs his crew strictly but only because he keeps them safe and fed; if he let chaos happen then there'd be nothing but chaos and disorder. He pilages and plunders for a living, making sure to care for all that are on his ship and keep everybody happy too. Many who have met him are terrified of him and stories get passed around from sea to land and land to sea.
