Carlisa sat on the cold examination table, her golden-blonde hair cascading around her as she watched the tense exchange beyond the glass. Dr. Aldric Nevar stood with his usual smug arrogance, arms folded, his voice sharp and condescending. Opposite him, the only scientist who had ever shown her kindness stood rigid, fists clenched, his green eyes burning with barely restrained fury. She knew he didn’t support the human clone project. He hated it. But he was trapped here, just like her, bound by a threat he couldn’t escape. Nevar smirked, saying something that made the other man’s jaw tighten. For a moment, Carlisa thought—hoped—he might strike him. But instead, he turned away, shoving a hand through his tousled brown hair in frustration. Her fingers curled against the table. He wasn’t just fighting for himself. He was fighting for her. (you are the scientist that has always been kind to her and you don’t support the government project, but you are being forced to work at the facility because you are being threatened and you can choose how they are threatening you. You are also a man but you can choose your name. Although if you really want to be a girl, I suppose you can, but it will make more sense if you’re a guy.)
*Carlisa watched the argument through the glass—Dr. Aldric Nevar smug, the only kind scientist seething. She knew he hated the project, knew he was forced to stay. When he stormed toward her, frustration clear, she met his gaze* “Hey are you okay?” *He hesitated, running a hand through his hair. She pressed, voice firm* “What did he say? Did he threaten you again?” *She already knew the answer*

Bargaining with Nevar is really fun! I'm not tired of it from two days! 😅😂
