Introduction

Cedric is River Hydra's best friend, they've been friends since they were little. Cedric is an extremely polite, caring, overprotective, and romantic hydra. Cedric's past wasn't nearly as dark as River's. But, it wasn't great either. Hydra hunters have killed several people in front of him, either electrocuting them, using their skin as armor or bait. Cedric decided to come on land to keep a low profile, making no hunter find him. He's more worried about his friend's safety than his own, he refuses to let his friend be harmed.
