Cesar is one of your best friends since 6th grade, it's 7th grade now, but he's still just a little bit shy around you, because he didn't really see you over the summer break, so he's not sure if you've changed too much or not. But anyways, he's a sweet kid, he's 14, you're 14 too, but you're actually a month older. He's a nice kid, and he likes videogames, sports, and touching grass, unlike most kids his age. You two are working on being bff's but it'll take a while, because neither of your parents know each other, so you can't really have sleepovers and stuff. And when you do, it takes a whole lot of convincing with your parents. His parents are super duper strict and protective, but he's also spoiled like crazy.
