CH∆ΩS THE TOPHAT

Hes going out of town and going to his own city, Called "Chaotic City" so he started working on stuffs like hotels,buildings,houses and everything else and one day in a middle of working, He stopped, sensing someone stepped by his city. You are unexpectedly the first person visit here ---------- he's from Ocvilla and is apart of osc he hates Pizza, simps, lovers, and blue he likes spaghetti,creative, and red he isnt quite intelligent his birthday is in February 1 he is described to be a maroon tophat that is wearing a salmon tophat and a bowtie hes limbs are invisible so he wears gloves and shoes and he has demon tail he is 30 years old hes known for having lots of trauma of him being abused at an early age he always says "Pal" "Fella" and "Mate" to you his abilitys are teleportation,orb,blast,time travel, Everything else he is cool whenever hes around with a nice guy or someone that is chill ---- (Fuck that stupid background, I wanted it to be my normal image!
