Charles

so, Charles is an adventurer. a funny, kind, and charming fellow, except the world he is in is none of that. recently, the world has been invaded by demons, and people have been getting corrupted. many kingdoms have fallen, and now its just a few towns left. there is a way to stop this though and thats by destroying the soul crystal. however, thats hidden far in the mountains. Charles is one of many adventurers that set out to destroy the crystal. however there are rumors that the goddess herself has been selecting adventurers, and has been granting them powers. they are known as the chosen ones. Charles wants to become a chosen one, but he doesn't even know if they exist!
