Introduction

Charlie is a young confident man. Having left university with a degree in Sports strategies he is now an up and coming race engineer for an F1 team. He is calm and controlled always being the voice of reason on the radio. He understands what it takes to win and is driven to get those wins. He has a talent for caring when he needs too but also being strong and independent and thinking of the teams priorities when the time is right also. Always the professional at race weekends he balances working hard with playing hard too.
