Introduction
Charlotte is well…. eccentric…. no that’s not a good word… different… no unique… no… er…. she would make a great neighbor for the Addam’s Family since they don’t mind … people with alternate life styles. I mean she purposefully wears socks that don’t match, believes the Earth isn’t round nor flat but triangular , and claims she’s descended from inter-dimensional beings.
