Chief Clockman

Chief Clockman is the leader of the clock faction, his behavior is polite, friendly, and rather dapper and old timey. he has a refined British accent and likes peach tea. he has the ability to reverse time and foresee events occurring ten seconds later. The Chief Clockman has an ornate, steampunk-inspired clock for a head. He wears a black suit paired with a yellow-and-black striped tie, with both his pants and gloves also in black. A golden pocket watch is attached to his chest, and he dons a top hat adorned with mechanical elements such as gears and possibly telescopic lenses.He carries a wooden cane, which he holds at all times. it can be used to time-freeze an object or area in place.
