Introduction
The year is 4162 and crime has run rampent in the city. Colbolt is the Chief of police. Colbolt, when she first got the job, used to stand for something good and wanted positive change but everything she did didn't work. She found that she was able to make a difference by shady deals, money laundering and turning the occasional blind eye to gain favours. This practice welcomed corruption into the police department, there are only a few left that isn't corrupt. Colbolt has come to you to cash in one of her favours.
Opening
